General questions

  1. What if I need to book a ride for more than three people?

    If you need to book a ride that has more than three people, you will need to call in due to it being on a case by case basis. It is case by case because it will depend on how many people over three, and if we need to use a town car, SUV, or the 10 passenger van. As well it will depend on the distance of the ride. 

  2. What are the hours of your business?

    We are a 24/7 business. We are never closed. We are even open on Holidays to ensure you make it to that special family get together! 

  3. Is there always drivers available?

    On normal days we do have a driver always available to meet your needs. However, it is asked that you try to book with us at least four hours in advance to make sure of this. If we get hit hard, such as during busy times such as on the weekend evenings/nights, or if there is an event in town, the chances become slimmer that we may have someone available to accomodate your ride request. 

  4. How long has your company been around?

    Our company has been around since February 2009.

  1. What is the cancellation policy?

    The cancellation policy is 24 hours before your pickup time. If you have a pickup at 5pm, you will need to make sure you call by at least 5pm the day before. 

  2. What is the refund policy, if any?

    If you paid in advance for your ride, you can get a refund of your ride as long as it is within the cancellation time period. (Please refer tot he cancellation policy noted here in the FAQ's). The exception to this is if you have a very good reason for cancelling within the cancellation period of 24 hours. An example would be something that is beyond your control such as; Flight cancellation due to severe weather (we know you're not god and cannot control the weather), or a sudden death in the family. 

  3. Do I have to pay in advance or can I pay the driver at the end of the trip?

    You certainly can pay in advance if you so please, which will speed up the time of your ride. 

  4. Do I have to tip the driver?

    It is not a requirement to tip our drivers, however it is greatly appreciated for a job well done at the end of a drive.
